About Us
The company was founded in partnership by Nathan Peck and Deann Unipan, with a vision to provide quality boom concrete pumping services to support infrastructure and construction projects across WA.
Our team, led by experienced personnel, consistently deliver at the highest level with efficiency and safety for our clients. As an Indigenous owned and managed business, we are committed to providing training and employment opportunities for our people with a goal of maintaining a majority Indigenous workforce.
Through its continued success, Warta Wuluju aims to bring economic benefits to the wider Indigenous community, with contributions to local projects and grassroots sponsorships.

Meet Warta Wuluju Concrete Pumping's founders Nathan Peck and Dean Unipan
Director
Nathan Peck
Nathan is a proud Nyiyaparli man hailing from WA’s Pilbara. He’s an experienced mechanic and operator, having worked in the mining sector for over a decade on major projects with Monadelphous and Rio Tinto. Driven to be a role model for his family and community, he cofounded Warta Wuluju to empower his people with upskill opportunities and to give back to the community through his successes.
Director
Dean Unipan
Cofounding director and childhood friend of Nathan, he’s an expert in the mobile concreting space with years of experience already managing his own successful business. He’s worked at the Karratha Gas Plant for 10 years in both labour and supervisory roles for Woodside and Altrad Services. He passionately shares his knowledge and expertise while supporting Nathan’s community-focused vision for the company.
